How will I get my bouquet to you?

If you purchase a product and want flowers from your bouquet in the piece, then you are responsible for shipping or dropping off your bouquet.

Shipping Instructions

1) Wrap the stems only in a wet paper towel.

2) Wrap aluminum foil over the wet paper towel so that the paper towel does not drip into the shipping box.

3) Loosely cover the blooms with parchment paper to protect the flowers from the cardboard box.

4) Use natural materials such as newspaper, crumpled computer paper, tissue paper and/or paper towels to fill the box to prevent movement of the flowers within the box. DO NOT USE PLASTIC BUBBLEWRAP, PEANUTS, OR ANYTHING PLASTIC as this will cause accelerated decomposition of the flowers.

5) Put a note inside the box with the order number and name for the order.

6) Tape appropriately and write 'FRAGILE' on exterior of the box.

7) Ship using overnight delivery to address in your order confirmation email. We recommend using UPS or FedEx.

Why do bouquet preservation products take 2-6 months?

Flower preservation is a delicate process that takes 4-8 weeks depending on the flower type and condition upon arrival. Roses, for example, take about 6 weeks to fully flatten and dry, whereas more moisture bearing flowers like orchids take about 8 weeks to fully flatten and dry. All flowers in a bouquet order must be fully pressed before designing and framing.

Will my flowers' color fade over time?

The short answer is yes; unfortunately, your flowers' coloring may fade over time. However, if you keep your frame out of direct sunlight and in a low-humidity area, they should remain very colorful for many years to come. We find the aging process for flowers is still beautiful.
